There is a little of "he said she said" situation between the former employee and former employer...although the article tries to be as balanced and bipartisan as possible, it is hard to determine the real story. Overall feels balanced

Reading the article it is hard to believe that everything that has been reported is 100% true, also because through these few lines it is not possible to fully understand the reason for these layoffs. But the article is balanced by both parties, so it is ultimately credible

There's something inherently imbalanced about putting together a story comprised up of disgruntled former employees' accusations. I appreciate that the author provided Tesla's defense in every case, but I found the framing itself to be somewhat unfair. But because Tesla's public comments on each case were provided, I reviewed the piece as Well Sourced.
