So, if you record anything through that app it automatically uploads the video and sends it directly to us.”When protesting, the ACLU said police have the right to keep people from blocking traffic. Outside of that, people have the legal right to assemble and be in public spaces together, but where people choose to gather matters.“If you are in traditional public forms, you have the strongest free speech rights there.
