A straightforward breakdown on a major Japanese media company's accidental text notification that was meant to prepare citizens for a missile headed towards Japan(presumably from North Korea). The piece touches on the similar error that recently occurred in Hawaii. This piece provides very little context and came close to receiving a 'Surface Level' review.
