This includes both emergency and non-emergency technical assistance.Retainer (Support Contract) - This is the more traditional form of consulting, which includes regular system maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, and network administration. The contracts are offered in blocks of time and can be used indefinitely until the hours are used up. The principal's particular area of expertise is in systems/infrastructure.Project (Specific Skill) - This will include such things as web maintenance and development, consulting on major purchases, system/network installation and integration, and major disaster recovery. With projects, we can specify what is in-scope and out-of-scope, and place an end date to each project.Online Sales (Added Value) - We offer flat fee services and other merchandise from our "Products" page and "E-Books" page. Computer service packages are available at different flat fees and the fee schedule is available from our "Services" page.
