A very interesting story with a fair amount of context presented by author Julie Moreau. I wish Moreau had presented some of the pros and cons to this legislation, because at first glance it's hard for me to conceptualize why this law needed changing and how it will help to stop the further spread of HIV as some sources in the article suggest.

This article, by Julie Moreau, visits a key issue in today's health-conscious society. Although I don't personally agree with government and non-profit officials quotes, they help portray the positions on why this is or isn't a good bill for the people.

I don't trust the responses of the politicians opting for this bill and wish I could've heard more from third-party organizations. However, the information Julie provided for the overall scope of this article is contextual and trustworthy.
