Another outstanding piece of reporting from this venerable outlet. Quite an interesting, even fun, read, given the circumstances. A plethora of good quotes, commentary and special mention for the vintage public service announcement poster included in the article. The Author's splendid style lends a bit of welcome levity despite the seriousness of the discussion while at the same time conveying a great deal of information. I almost, almost, wanted to head out for a swim after reading this feature. As the warmer weather is upon us in some parts of the world and the lakes, pools, rivers, and oceans beckon, this write-up makes for a compact little primer to read and keep in mind before jumping in. Five stars!
