According to HospitalSafetyGrade.Org, the latest&nbsp;report card from Leapfrog includes grades for 44 Colorado hospitals, with 16 earning&nbsp;top scores.
Hospital Safety Grade is a site that allows you to look up hospital scores from around the country using data collected by Leapfrog. So many hospitals do an excellent job keeping patients safe, but some do not. According to HospitalSafetyGrade.org, nearly 250,000 people die in hospitals every year due to "preventable errors."
