I either placed it near the main White House gates or in the White House itself. I plan to assassinate the President and the Vice President. Nobody can stop me," one email said.&nbsp;- -&nbsp;Along with the Navy, the feds said Mott Community College in Flint also received a threatening email about a bomb from Cox.&nbsp;The feds say Cox, who was arrested in his home, admitted to sending the threatening&nbsp;messages.&nbsp;It's alleged the told federal investigators he sent the emails to "calm himself down," but said he did not&nbsp;intend to carry out the threats.&nbsp; &nbsp;Tags:&nbsp;
