       UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                          O R D E R
The petitioner,  by way  of present  special leave  petition, has prayed for anticipatory bail.
Learned   counsel   for   the   respondent/State   vehemently   opposes the petition.
Taking into consideration the fact that there is an ad interim 2 order   in   favour   of   the   petitioner,   we   are   inclined   to   grant   the relief. Therefore, in  the event  of arrest,  the petitioner  is directed to be released on bail in connection with P.S. Case No.576 of 2020 dated   14.11.2020  at   PS  Gardanibagh,   District  Patna,   Bihar,  subject to   her   furnishing   bail   bonds   for   a   sum   of   Rs.15,000/-   (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation and attend the Investigating Officer, as and when called upon to do so.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
