The seizure of the drug was of 10 litres of Codeine   Mixture.     The   appellant   has   been   in custody since 10.02.2020 and it is stated that out of 7 witnesses, 3 have been examined.
We   had   examined   the   issue   inter   alia   in Criminal Appeal No. 2106/2022 (Rahim Mondal &amp; Anr. vs.   The   State   of   West   Bengal)   decided   on 30.11.2022.
In   view   of   the   aforesaid   facts   and circumstances,   we   grant   bail   to   the   appellant   in terms   and   conditions   to   the   satisfaction   of   the trial Court.
