Gretchen Whitmer and Attorney General Dana Nessel, court records obtained by the Free Press show.A state employee&nbsp;and the owner of a day care the man’s daughter attended filed documents seeking to keep Robert Tesh, 32, away from them in March, saying he had made death threats against them.Earlier in the year, Tesh&nbsp;made an allegation about an incident at the day care and Harper Woods police requested&nbsp;Children's Protective Services&nbsp;get involved, officials said.After informing Tesh&nbsp;the&nbsp;CPS case would not be substantiated, the&nbsp;state worker said she received threatening messages from him — both by phone and text, according to a court document.&nbsp;&nbsp;She said the last text message&nbsp;said: "game over."Several weeks later, the state worker said, she received a call from the day care owner who reported Tesh had threatened to kill her.A Wayne County Circuit Court judge approved the state worker's request for a personal protection order. But the&nbsp;petition for a personal protection order filed by the day care owner&nbsp;was denied because it did not rise to the level of repeated continuous contact, a court document said.In the document seeking the&nbsp;order, the day care owner said Tesh called and texted&nbsp;threats and she reported his behavior to police. She alleged Tesh fabricated a story about an incident at the day care.Neither woman is being named by the Free Press. The state worker declined to talk to the Free Press. When reached by phone, the day care owner confirmed details&nbsp;in the court documents and&nbsp;said she couldn’t believe her request for a&nbsp;personal protection order was denied.“I was scared for a long time,” she said.&nbsp;Messages left for Tesh’s attorney in the criminal case were not&nbsp;returned Monday.&nbsp;In April, the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office charged Tesh&nbsp;with&nbsp;false report or threat of terrorism in the case associated with the top state officials.&nbsp;It’s a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison if convicted.A&nbsp;Facebook account under the name Bob Tesh references&nbsp;both Whitmer and Nessel.&nbsp;A post from April 10 referenced the&nbsp;PPO against Tesh. It&nbsp;had&nbsp;a string of&nbsp;comments including: “I’m about to get a lot crazier,” You think coronavirus is bad? I’ll show you bad” and “I’ll kill anyone that comes near us.”Two days later, on April 12, the governor and&nbsp;attorney general were tagged in a post with a hashtag #IseeDeadppl.&nbsp;Public posts appeared on the Facebook page in March and continued through April 14.&nbsp;Prosecutors said police arrested Tesh on April 14 at his Detroit home after he allegedly made credible&nbsp;threats to kill Whitmer and Nessel. Prosecutors said Tesh communicated with an acquaintance&nbsp;and made the threats.Prosecutors have not provided the specific threats he allegedly made or a possible motive in the case.Maria Miller, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office,&nbsp;declined to elaborate about the case.&nbsp;A spokesman for Nessel&nbsp;said in a statement that&nbsp;the office is&nbsp;aware of the case and other investigations underway.“Since these are ongoing criminal matters, we are unable to comment further,” the statement said.Tesh, who is licensed as a real estate agent with the state,&nbsp;posted a $50,000 bond and is on a GPS tether, officials said.&nbsp;Harper Woods Director of Public Safety Vincent Smith said Tesh reported the alleged incident&nbsp;at his daughter's day care to police in January.Smith said nothing was substantiated during a Harper Woods police investigation&nbsp;and police notified Children's Protective Services as part of standard procedure.“Any specifics about a CPS case are confidential by law,” said Bob Wheaton, a spokesman for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.&nbsp;Tesh’s next court date in the case involving the governor and attorney general is June 3.&nbsp;Contact Elisha Anderson: eanderson@freepress.com.&nbsp;
