Anytime the Kock brothers get organized, the public should be wary. Especially when talking about Constitutional Conventions where the rules of our government/country are literally up for grabs. I'm glad Alex Kotch of Moyers is shedding light on this important issue.

Not knowing about the ability to convene a convention, this article did a great job of informing how many states are needed to start a convention and what could possibly change during the convention.
