Would have been useful to have heard commentary from an ICE spokesperson. Overall informative article.

This article is well-sourced and the author does well to keep himself out of the story. It's a very difficult and complicated situation, with lots of grey area. I'm not sure how authorities should be dealing with prison and detainment center inmates. But this article highlights the downside for families who might lose someone to COVID-19 while under restrictions by the U.S. government.
