For decades now I need my fix – and if I don’t get it, it ain’t pretty. 
My college roommate once gave me a coffee mug that says “Instant Human – Just Add Coffee” after a particularly rough no-caffeine morning while traveling. (It’s still my go-to mug on Mondays).
So I’m always on the lookout for great coffee companies. Fresh Roasted Coffee, LLC is one of those!
I stick to organic coffee as much as possible these days, so they sent me a few of their organic ground options. 
Though, they have dozens and dozens of other options on their website, including green unroasted coffee if you’re at that stage of your coffee love journey.
(Ironically, they also sell tea if that’s more your style.)
The three varieties I tried were all medium roasted, organic drip ground. 
My favorite of the three is probably the Drago artisan blend, which makes sense as I lean towards the bolder blends as the years go on.
But really you can’t go wrong with any of them – each bag is roasted fresh to order.
Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC also has many beans that are Direct Trade and Fair Trade certified.
They also offer Rainforest Alliance certified coffees, which is a certification new to me. This means it was produced using methods that support the three pillars of sustainability: social, economic, and environmental.
Another way they focus on sustainability is by exclusively using Loring™ Smart Roasters, one of the most eco-friendly coffee roasters on Earth.
