Definitely biased, but it's an opinion piece, so it's supposed to be biased. The main thing going for it is the credibility of the author, whose credentials and knowledge of the FBI cannot be questioned. Still, it's obvious that he's got a hot take on the topic, and I am left to wonder if a Democrat with a similar resume would look at the same facts and draw the opposite conclusion.
