Very fascinating piece all the way from Uganda, where the government there is citing the 'Dobbs' ruling (by the US Supreme Court, overturning Roe v Wade) as justification for a sweeping new bill that targets the LGBTQ community there. How does an American abortion ruling matter with regards to a Ugandan anti-LGBTQ law? The author does an excellent job explaining the legal technicalities. Good stuff, here.
