Patrick Callahan, head of the state police, and Gov. Phil Murphy stressed&nbsp;at a press conference on Monday that people relieving themselves in the parks will not be tolerated and&nbsp;a "different approach" may be taken&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;parks if it continues.&nbsp;"That report from the park police was disheartening, to say the least," Callahan said.&nbsp;He said water bottles filled with urine were found in the state parks, along with feces, and suggested that park visitors should "plan accordingly" knowing that there aren't any available bathrooms.&nbsp;Park police will now be on the lookout for those who can't seem to hold it in, Callahan said.&nbsp;"You're not going to get a warning if we catch you leaving something like that behind," Murphy said.&nbsp;Story continues below photo galleryNeither Murphy nor Callahan named any specific parks where the waste was found.&nbsp;Most state and county parks after nearly a month of being closed due to social distancing concerns. Murphy initially reserved the right to close the parks again if he thought proper social distancing guidelines were not being followed, although on May 7 he said it was a "great start."&nbsp;Murphy did acknowledge a lack of face coverings among park-goers, however, and said he would look to implement more visual reminders&nbsp;to those at parks to cover their faces, given that there are parts of parks where it is "impossible" to social-distance.&nbsp;Anthony Zurita is a breaking news reporter for NorthJersey.com.
