Good information, brief and to the point. This has a good explanation of commodity pricing, and the methods that cacao is brought onto the global market. There's even a nice little photo of a cacao tree. However, I can't figure out why Nestle is at all concerned about the increase in the price of chocolate; as far as I can tell, Nestle's candies don't use any REAL chocolate....
