The report tells the story of Rachel Levine and discusses how her work is hindered by bureaucracies. It's a well-researched profile about her.

Lengthy profile piece about a trans individual who is a government official. I was glad to see there was actual discussion of what this person DOES for the government, rather than simply a celebration of a transgender person getting a job in government (which is usually how 'representation' stories tend to go). Decent writing, feature-length (meaning pretty long), but overall solid reporting.
