A rare miss for the SD Tribune, which I've found to be outstanding. Here, this is simply far, far too brief to function as an informational news article. Gerrymandering is complicated; there's probably not anywhere else on Earth that 'draws' voting districts the way that the USA does (left up to individual state legislatures), and as someone who is very well-versed in the US electoral system, it's confusing even to me. This article simply falls short in carrying out its purpose.
