This was well-written, but it was missing a big part of the story - namely, WHAT 'disturbance' were the police initially responding to? The whole story weaves this suspenseful narrative of the police showing up, one policeman being shot and killed, Swat teams arriving and tearing half the house off with an armored vehicle - lots of high drama. But completely missing from the action movie-esque reporting was what the police were doing there in the first place. Pretty important part of the story...
