Reporting on the event that happened (Lt. Gov getting 'swatted'), what swatting means, what the purpose of such an event is, and what the current penalties are for such an act in the state of Georgia. Straight-forward and solid reporting. Can't ask for more from a newspaper than reciting the facts as they are and the context within which to place them!
