Here we have a hysterical scaremongering op-ed about how problematic it is that people in the West aren't voting for unaccountable elites, but are instead choosing populists. Lots of subtle threats about how the 'global order' is falling apart, without any self-reflection of how well that order has been working out for the people of the world. More elitist twaddle from an undemocratic elite.
