Citing poll numbers, the Telegraph makes bold proclamations about how "half of the EU *COULD BE* Eurosceptic by next year!" [emphasis added] I've been reading the same thing out of the British rightwing press for almost a decade now, and it hasn't come to pass. At this point, the Telegraph is just wishcasting. Either way, this isn't news.
