This was a solid, feature-length article, with plenty of interviews, quotes, photographs, and cohesive narrative that demonstrated the problem facing Texan schools and the stop-gap solution put in place. I was really surprised to see it on 19thnews until I got to the end, where a notice at the bottom of the article alerted readers this article was sourced from The Texas Tribune. That explains the high quality of this piece!
