I learned something reading this - that Anthony Bourdain apparently knew a lot about history, and was pretty awesome and uncompromising in his moral beliefs. Newsweek does an excellent job here in quoting Bourdain, providing context to his comments, and noting that they've been spreading across the internet following Kissinger's death. Solid reporting.
