A very well sourced look at the auctioning off of Jezebel. Much of the sourced tweets comment on how abortion rights and its current relevance in mainstream politics must make the publication a worthy business venture for an acquirer. I would only push back that although the topic and even Jezebel's stories on abortion might be getting a lot of traction, this is a topic that most brand advertisers would steer clear of, and so in an advertiser supported media environment, that kind of coverage is especially not venture viable.
