The article places the most emphasis on the fact that the pilot left a message for his parents before the accident. This reverses the importance of informing the public that the pilot had been warned that it would be imprudent to take off under those circumstances. While evoking emotions is an important criterion, the article could have weighed the imprudence of the pilot from the outset.
