This article did a good job of explaining a community problem by getting people from the community to express their thoughts. With about 20 quotes from concerned citizens about e-bikes, it is clear that the unsafe riding practices are causing an issue. While it is hard to say how severe the problem is, they go as far as saying mother are worried to let their kids on the street, as these bikes are zooming by at as high as 80 kmh.
