Very interesting piece on how geopolitical interests competes with the global concerns over climate change. Uses an investigative feature style, beginning with details about US/EU negotiations on steel production, and broadening the issues there to illustrate the difficulties in getting nations to accede to environmental goals. Excellent, effective writing.
