Have you ever wanted to read a lengthy diatribe by a proponent of mass murder? Look no further, Robert Kaplan has an article he wants to show you! This longwinded, self-aggrandizing murder propaganda should be taken seriously, not because it is well written or grounded in reality, but because the author actually has considerable influence over the course of action taken by the world's largest military power.
