I will not lie; I love to be busy; in fact, I have always thrived on a packed schedule. One of the main reasons I always wanted to work for myself is that I often find that my hard work is not as “appreciated” in a corporate setting and often taken advantage of. Now that I work for myself, I know all my hard work is for something I love and my dream career.&nbsp;I map out my content one month in advance, and I always film my videos at least 1.5 weeks in advance. While I understand this is not everyone’s filming style, this is what helps me stay organized.&nbsp;I like to treat my brand as a full-time job.&nbsp;I schedule working hours throughout the day, and I also schedule lunch breaks, vacation days, and proper sick days. This allows me not to overwork myself and prevent myself from burning out.&nbsp;However, I do make sure that I am working when it is working hours, whether it is testing recipes, filming, editing, doing admin work, or grocery shopping.&nbsp;FILMING DAY&nbsp;10 am – 11 am Zoom call with my team, answer email, breakfast and also getting ready&nbsp;11 am – 12 pm posting time (IG + TIKTOK) and answering DMs and comments&nbsp;12 pm – 12:30 pm lunch break&nbsp;12:30 pm – 1:00 pm setting up filming station&nbsp;1:00 pm – 4:00 pm filming&nbsp;4:00 pm – 5:00 pm clean up and break&nbsp;5:00 pm – 6:00 pm IG post goes up and answering DMs and Comments&nbsp;6:00 pm – 8:00 pm break and dinner time&nbsp;8:00 pm – 10:00 pm editing and preparing deliverables for brand deals and projects&nbsp;10:00 pm – 12:00 pm blog post and newsletter&nbsp;Example,&nbsp;MONDAY – Admin + Meeting Day&nbsp;TUESDAY – Filming + Blogging&nbsp;WEDNESDAY – Admin + Recipe Testing Day&nbsp;THURSDAY – Filming + Blogging&nbsp;FRIDAY – Meeting (half day)&nbsp;SATURDAY – Filming (half day)&nbsp;SUNDAY – DAY OFF&nbsp;I will detail what recipes are going LIVE this week, what I want to film this week, and what recipes I want to test this week.&nbsp;During my off days, I will give myself a complete social media break to reset and spend time with family and friends. I don’t work till midnight every night; however, everyone is different.
