This article is well-sourced, sticks to the known facts at-hand, and doesn't sensationalize or add the author's personal opinion to the story. The article is made up entirely of one individual's take on the killing, but the context is well reported.

The mayor is correct. this was a modern day lynching. This behavior has been going on in parts of the south for over 100 years and the white house has been emboldening it. This is very similar to the Travon Martin case where these men saw a black man jogging and just assumed he was doing something wrong just because he was in their neighborhood.

Racially charged, pushing an agenda, only opinions and no facts, only carrying one side of the story, and with all of those flaws, somehow this was published by Time magazine. One questions the veracity of scrutiny that Time is applying to the content it publishes.
