I could eat eggs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but I try to limit the number of eggs eaten per day.A lot of people think eggs are high in cholesterol but lately, eggs have been back in the news again and the media is all over the place with them. Make up your minds! I have always been told that eggs have good cholesterol in them, they contain protein, and help keep me full!Please note, I recently updated this recipe so it's more easier to make using a sheet pan method for cooking eggs. It's pretty much still the same ingredients as it was before, just different directions!If you like breakfast recipes try my 4 Ingredient Egg and Sausage Muffins or Air Fryer Sausage and Egg Breakfast Bowls.Jump to:Cooking eggs separately in a skillet is kind of a pain. That's why I love cooking eggs in a sheet pan to save time and well it's just fast!You can cook the eggs in a skillet if you like but sheet pan eggs are where it's at!Instead of Candian Bacon, you can use sliced ham or breakfast sausage. Turkey sausage would help keep the points lower. It's really easy to change up the type of protein used in the sandwich.Hope you enjoy this easy breakfast sandwich recipe! It's very versatile to change up to your liking.Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.Step 3: Pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan, making sure it is evenly distributed.Step 4: Bake the sheet pan in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. I do not use this all the time but I chose this because it helped make the sandwich be the lowest point possible. Feel free to use another type of cheese and adjust the points.
