An eyewitness told PlymouthLive there was a mass police presence in the area as of around 10am this morning. A property appeared to be being raided. They said: "There are two armed police units, one sniffer dog unit, three unmarked cars and a police wagon." Devon and Cornwall Police have been contacted for comment.
