According to court documents, the investigation started when guests at 28-year-old Wasek's family lake house on Lake Travis stumbled upon a hidden camera in a charging port back in May of this year.The home is located in Spicewood, in a gated community on Angel Bay Drive.The camera allegedly contained a memory card loaded with dozens of videos capturing individuals in various states of undress in bedrooms and bathrooms. Some videos were traced back to Wasek's Dallas apartment, vacation home in Telluride, Colorado, and a condominium in Austin.The arrest affidavit also detailed an extensive Amazon purchase history linked to Wasek, with orders of spy cameras and related accessories dating back to June 2019.
