I honestly still can’t believe it is vegan and gluten free.It’s so incredibly easy to make and can be used on so many different desserts. We especially love to have it on cinnamon rolls, carrot cake, fruit pizza, and cinnamon roll cake.I also love that this frosting takes less than 10 minutes to whip up!So let’s talk about what you need to make this recipe for gluten free and vegan cream cheese frosting.Beat softened vegan butter and cream cheese in a stand mixer until well blended (or bowl if using a hand-held mixer).Slowly add in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. As you add in the powdered sugar, you will need to stop occasionally to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
