A simple cream and butter sauce simmers over the top of the pork bites, all in one skillet making for an easy cleanup as well. Could we talk about the sauce? Oh, it is divine my friends. And so, so simple. You just pour a bit of broth, cream and a little spoon full of mustard into the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes creating this velvety smooth sauce of wonder. It’s fabulous paired with baby potatoes and green beans. Have you seen these little potatoes at the grocery store. They are super tender and have a naturally butter like flavor. I like to put these cute little potatoes and fresh green beans in a medium sized glass bowl, add just a bit of water to the bottom of the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and steam in the microwave for 8-10 minutes. Pin Print Heat a large, deep skillet up over medium high heat. Spray the pan generously with cooking spray (or add a bit of oil). Using a sharp pair of kitchen scissors, cut the pork chops into bites over the top of the hot pan, allowing them to fall in as you cut.&nbsp; Let the pork get a nice golden sear along the bottom sides. Stir the pork and quickly sprinkle the lemon pepper, oregano, thyme, garlic salt, salt and pepper and cornstarch over the top of the meat. Stir it well to combine and allow it to cook for another few minutes, or until both sides of the pork is golden brown.&nbsp; Add the broth, cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the inside of the pork is done.&nbsp; Add the half and half, and mustard and stir well. Allow it to come to a simmer and cook for just a couple more minutes.
