On August 5, 2023 I informed the company that the product was not working. They encouraged me to use it fully, and that I had plenty of time to get my full money back. They indicated no requirement to return the bottle. On September 9, 2023, plus 3 subsequent times, I emailed the company stating that the product was completely ineffective/unsatisfactory, and requested a full refund, including shipping cost.
