I have only used Baking Soda in the washer the last 2 days because that might take the smell, but not so far.Also using Baking Soda because the smart dispense detergent thing either releases a ton of detergent or the washer won't get it out... I have to do the regular cycle with additional rinse and then 4 extra rinse and spin cycles to get close to getting the detergent out... Take a wet dish towel, cover it in dish soap and then wring it out, that's exactly what happens without doing the extra 4 cycles.Oh, and the things shake the whole house as well... They were both very level out of the box.GE customer service says to call the warranty service.
