This 64-year-old coffee connoisseur recently found himself in hot water, quite literally. And all over the cost of his breakfast order at a McDonald’s in Miami Springs.It all started innocently enough. According to the New York Post,&nbsp; Ravelo, a regular at the golden arches, rolled up to the drive-thru window one fateful morning. He was craving his trusty Sausage McMuffin with an egg on the side. And let’s not forget the “senior” coffee – because hey, he’s over 55 and isn’t about to let a penny go to waste!But on this particular day, the java stars didn’t align. Ravelo, as thrifty as ever, found himself at odds with the drive-thru attendant over the cost of his meal. A penny-pinching showdown was in the making.&nbsp; And boy, did it sizzle!Shift manager Nayib Garcia, caught in the crossfire, mustered the courage to intervene. She told Ravelo, in no uncertain terms, that she didn’t appreciate his less-than-sunny attitude towards her staff. She even threatened to ban him from the McMecca if he didn’t shape up.Ravelo, however, wasn’t having any of it. He allegedly responded with a tirade that could only be rivaled by a caffeine-fueled hurricane. And then, it happened… Ravelo allegedly threatened to throw hot java at Garcia.But Ravelo, ever the gentleman, denies this heated accusation. Because surely, there’s never a good reason to turn a cup of Joe into a fiery missile, right? Stephanie Restuccia, the manager who bore the brunt of Ravelo’s wrath, certainly didn’t think so.Ravelo didn’t just threaten to throw wake up juice; he slapped a cup of the scalding stuff right out of the drive-thru window, dousing poor Stephanie with the liquid magma. Restuccia, still recovering from her coffee baptism. She’s now nursing coffee burns on her right arm, courtesy of Mr. Ravelo.Now, Ravelo might have thought he could roast the price down, but all he got was a felony battery charge and a $5,000 bond for the coffee assault.
