The secret to this recipe for lemon pepper chicken wings is using both a dry rub and a lemon pepper wing sauce to get maximum flavor!And if you want another layer of flavor, try hot lemon pepper wings by adding 1 tablespoon of Frank's Red Hot sauce to the lemon pepper wing sauce to make it a lemon pepper buffalo wing sauce.Fresh chicken wings often come whole, with the drum, flat, and wing tip all attached. It's best to separate them to make the chicken wings easier to eat.Before cooking the wings, separate the drum and flat by spreading them apart and cutting between them at the joint with a chef's knife or kitchen shears.
