You can then spread them out on a baking tray and place them in your freezer. Once frozen, you can transfer them all to a food-safe storage bag.If you don’t have room to get a baking tray into your freezer, layer them with wax paper and place them straight into a freezer bag or suitable container. The wax paper is important if you freeze them this way, otherwise they will stick together.You can store your frozen pancakes for up to one month.There are several ways you can reheat them. The easiest is to pop them in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds or put them in the air-fryer. You can even warm them up in a frying pan again, but you’ll need to use a little oil to stop them from sticking.The cottage cheese gives these pancakes a unique flavour, which is kinda tangy and totally delicious.They can be eaten just as they are, or served with a fruit puree.
