Pan sauté the High Liner® Pan-Sear Selects® Traditional Haddock for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway.&nbsp;While the fillets are cooking, heat oil in a large pot over medium high heat and fry garlic and onions for 5 minutes.&nbsp;Add in ginger, curry paste, and turmeric. Stir for 1 minute.&nbsp;Add in crushed tomatoes, bring to a simmer and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.&nbsp;Pour in broth and coconut milk, continuing to stir. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer and then lower heat to medium-low. Cover for 8-10 minutes to cook. Stir as needed. Serve curry in bowls with rice or naan bread. Place fillet over curry and optionally top with fresh cilantro, grated ginger, thinly sliced red onion and/or a side lime wedge for a squeeze of additional flavour.
