A fish arrived dead they refunded me for that, within 24 hours 5 others died, I checked my water quality, nothing was wrong, the other tetra is still alive so it's obviously not my water or something that I did, it was the fish. I emailed them they didn't get back to me until today saying tough luck. That's absurd.
