They were both held on a $500,000 bond.According to a Facebook post by Columbus police, Stewart "may be deceased." That post further said a woman named Genee Dumas also has been charged with obstruction, as have two other teenagers.Stewart was last seen on Sept. 20. A week later, Bowles and his brother -- Michael Bowles -- were named as people of interest in the case. At the time, police said the brothers were seen with Stewart on the day he disappeared.CPD's Facebook post also indicated Michael Bowles' whereabouts are currently unknown.Charging documents allege that Mi'Quel was shot on Sept. 20 inside a car matching the model and description of the car that police had been searching for. That car eventually was found and processed by investigators last week.The shooting reportedly happened while Stewart was being robbed. The detective wrote that the older brother, Michael, dropped Mi'Quel off at a family member's house afterward.Mi'Quel denied being in the car with his brother and denied having any knowledge of "the missing person or murder of Imperial Stewart," court documents said. But police allege multiple witnesses saw Mi'Quel get out of his brother's car, contradicting Mi'Quel's statement."He claims to have no knowledge of anything that happened, where anything occurred, we have witnesses and evidence contrary to that," A prosecutor said in court.Another detective accused Peterson of taking "part in a discussion on how to get rid of the vehicle used in the murder." The detective wrote eyewitnesses said they saw Peterson returning to a residence with "her son and suspect Michael Bowles."The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office released the police report and pictures of the burned-out car. The report states the car was found toward the back of Roger Haners Park along the railroad tracks in Canal Winchester. A Madison Township fire investigator quickly determined the fire was set intentionally and melted the license and VIN plates.A 911 caller indicated he saw a dark-colored SUV fleeing the burning car westbound on Groveport Road, according to the report.Detectives said Peterson denied involvement in the case and that she was not at the residence where eyewitnesses placed her.Anyone with information can contact Det.
