Like other GrayZone articles I've reviewed, this one contains a lot of well-documented information, but it flounders a bit in having a singular 'point' to the reporting. The thrust of this article varies widely, beginning with a trip to Africa by a US neoconservative, then shifting the BRICS meeting, then to the growing multipolarity of global affairs. I came away unsure what the overarching point was.
