This article is the perfect illustration of what doesn't work with science communication - large, complex topics are introduced, but there simply isn't the space or dedication to actually dive in and examine them within the space provided in journalistic formats. Here, we have an analysis of generational media consumption habits, but so little space is dedicated to causation that you come away learning almost nothing at all.
