This is interesting, in that it shines a light on a successful transit infrastructure project, then uses what went right here to contrast the many other projects that are over-budget, behind schedule, or failing outright. It's an interesting method of 'burying the lede', and I think it works well. That being said, it also has a strong bend towards "Look how much better THIS project [that just finished and has barely started operation] is than those OTHER ones!" Feels a bit like cherry-picking without much data to go on.
