This is an interesting piece. Pure opinion, no doubt, the sort of social theorizing that can never be definitively proven, yet offers thought-provoking commentary. It's worthy of a read to consider contemporary social phenomena, and it is honest in that discussion. That being said, while it shouldn't be dismissed, it also is not really 'news', per se.
